A WORD FROM THE OWNERS... "Stepping into this house every day feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The impact Epping Forest has had on our lives is immeasurable. The ancient forest land, stretching 12 miles right from our doorstep, has been our sanctuary, profoundly impacting our physical and mental health. The nights echo with the calls of tawny owls, and our front garden witnesses the graceful visits of Muntjac deer, the odd hedgehog and a myriad of birds. Our daughters have grown up here, their love for nature nurtured by this magical place. But it's not just the forest that makes this home special; it's the incredible community on the Terrace. We felt instantly welcomed and the neighbourhood support and connections have only grown deeper during the 10 years we have lived here. You can always find a sunny spot to take in the gorgeous morning light with a coffee out the back, or with a cocktail on the patio to watch the sun set over the trees. We've grown our own food here, watched it flourish in our raised beds and gardens. The Shepherds hut annexe has welcomed family members and friends, creating a harmonious living space, and it has been an inspiring office space to work in. We've spent some of the happiest years of our lives here: a home that has looked after us through the seasons, provided a canvas for our memories, and a testament to the wonders of nature and community. Now, it’s time for others to continue its story and experience the enchantment we’ve known as we return back to our roots. We invite you to come, explore, and become a part of this magical tale."
