Lee & Richard have been working together since the Millennium and Lee knew that Richard was the only person he wanted by his side when he opened Abode in Woodford Green. Our Woodford office holds its fair share of the most experienced estate agents in East London and West Essex. Richard who is our longest serving estate agent has been in the business for 35 years, whilst Jack, who is our least experienced, has been working with us for eight years. I guess you would say that we are rather experienced in selling and letting homes.

Yes we are an independent estate agency. Due to our advertising and local presence a lot of customers assume that we are part of a larger group of estate agents but we are a family run estate agency and our business Directors and Partners work in the Woodford office every day.

As a local estate agent we are always happy to support local school, charities and sports clubs. We have been supporting Wells Primary Schools summer and Christmas fairs for the last four years and have recently started to sponsor the Woodford Rugby Club.
